This poster was created to promote a lecture by Ray Cruz. Using a bold and experimental layout to turn the type into a visual experience. The design focuses on the word “AVENIR,” showcasing the typeface as both content and form through scale, rotation, and cropping. Clear geometric divisions and a simple color palette of deep purple and cream give the poster a modern, high-contrast look that leads the viewer’s eye and adds a sense of structure and movement.

The main goal of this project was to use text as the main design feature, making it not just easy to read but also expressive and clear. The font name stands out, and the empty spaces around it. The poster grabs people’s attention and conveys its message with energy. The finished poster is eye-catching, showcases the font's style, and does a great job promoting the event.
