Mr. JERK Co. is a beef jerky brand that gives traditional snack packaging a bold, character-driven twist. Every flavor has its own stylized bull character that matches its taste, like the clean-cut Bull for original flavor, the relaxed tropical Bull, and the confident Bull, which represents hickory heat flavor. The packaging uses modern illustrations with a gritty texture to bring out the rugged side of jerky, while adding personality and humor. The bull icon is always front and center, and each flavor pops with its own colors and unique outfit details.

This project set out to create a unique and engaging brand identity for a food product by using character design to tell its story. The packaging features bold illustrations and a clear layout, making it easy to spot on shelves and simple to read flavor and product details. With this approach, each product has its own personality, but the brand always looks familiar.
